We will only accept returns which are brand new still in original packaging. Items which are supplied flat packed will only be accepted where assembly has not attempted and returned in reasonable condition.
The buyers pays all delivery and return costs. Buyer may return itam by their own means. If buyer requires Sofa Trade to collect and return the good, it will be charged at £80.
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery, items returned outside of this time will not be considered for refund.
Customer needs to ensure that items are checked on delivery before signing for them. We regret that we cannot be held liable for damaged items through our couriers which have been signed as checked by the customer.
If the items are damaged please advise the courier to amend his paper work to include damage before signing.
Each sofa has one year warranty
1. We receive complaint from the buyer. Complaint should include pictures of every defect along with accurate description of the problem. Complaint should be sent via message:
2. As soon as we receive complaint with evidence, we forward it to manufacturer. Manufacturer has 2 weeks for the answer however, in some cases we can give the answer before we hear from them.
4. We contact the buyers when we are ready to deliver replacement parts - usually 2-3 days before the delivery.
